 Recipe of the Month: Duck Ragu with Fresh Fettucine Noodles

 1 whole duck

2 onions

2 carrots

2 celery sticks

6 cloves of garlic

cinnamon

7 1/2 cups of flour

10 eggs

olive oil

1 can of tomatoes

rosemary for garnish
